concept + construction
concept. For Mark Brightman, architectural concept means optimizing a building's functional, aesthetic and ecological qualities. To achieve this, his approach is based on listening to the client, dedicating attention to the quality of design and the integration of construction into the environment.
construction. His determination is to integrate and perfect the act of building. He strives to cultivate a partnership with all actors in the construction process. It is by developing, for example, his "design build" practice and by developing collaborations with specialized sub-contractors that Mark is implicated and stands out in construction. The objective of these partnerships is focused on the success of the project and exceeding the client's expectations.
